Rick Maysenhoelder, MBA, CMA
Rick has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. This experience includes management jobs in consumer finance, leasing, banking, and real estate lending and development. Rick holds an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. Rick also holds an Urban Land Economics Diploma and Site Planning Certificate from the University of British Columbia. With experience in financing over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate projects, he has been recognized by some of Canada’s leading banks and financial institutions as an expert in the mortgage lending business. His experience financing various types of real estate ventures across Canada brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise in helping structure secure mortgage investment deals. Rick currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia as Vice President.


Sandeep (Sam) Dayal, CMA
Sam is a Certified Management Accountant who has experience in managing income-producing properties, hotels, retail and residential real estate. He also brings hands-on experience in the development of single family housing to City Mortgage. Prior to joining City Mortgage, Sam spent ten years working in various accounting roles. His financial experience and his enthusiasm for real estate make him a valuable addition to the City Mortgage team. Sam enjoys having the opportunity to work closely with clients and providing them with appropriate and timely solutions to their commercial real estate financing needs.
