Rick Maysenhoelder. Rick has over 25 years of real estate lending
experience and has been involved with a broad range of real estate
development financing. Commercial real estate financing is often complex in nature and the process can take up to several months (in some situations). In the final analysis, the success we have been able to achieve for our clients comes from our ability to work closely with them, listening to their needs and building solutions to meet those needs. Once a potential project is identified, information is assembled from various sources and projects are underwritten in order to determine realistic financing objectives given prevailing market conditions. If you, (the borrower) agree with our evaluation, an exclusive agency agreement is entered into giving City Mortgage the mandate to represent you and the project under specified guidelines to the financial community. When an agreement has been reached and the project financing is in place, we remain involved on an ongoing basis to ensure your needs are being properly taken care of. Typical Commercial Mortgage ![]() Rick Maysenhoelder, MBA, CMA Rick has over 25 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. This experience includes management jobs in consumer finance, leasing, banking and real estate lending and development. Rick holds an MBA from Queen’s University, and is a Certified Management Accountant. Rick also holds an Urban Land Economics Diploma and Site Planning Certificate from the University of British Columbia. With experience in financing over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate projects, he has been recognized by some of Canada’s leading banks and financial institutions as an expert in the mortgage lending business. His experience financing various types of real estate ventures across Canada brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise in helping structure secure mortgage investment deals. Rick currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Investment Association of British Columbia as Vice President. Sandeep Dayal, CMA Sandeep is a Certified Management Accountant who has experience in managing income producing properties, hotels, retail and residential real estate. He also brings hands on experience in the development of single family housing to City Mortgage. Prior to joining City Mortgage, Sandeep spent ten years working in various accounting roles. His financial experience and his enthusiasm for real estate make him a valuable addition to the City Mortgage team.
